To answer your enquiry, plan and run your charter, take payment, and keep the records a charter business is required to keep. We contact you by email or phone about your enquiry or booking.

Only the services needed to run the business: our online booking and payment provider, the email service that delivers enquiries from this site to us, our web host, and the captain assigned to your charter. Each receives only what it needs. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Our booking provider may set the cookies it needs to complete a booking when you use its booking window.

For as long as we need it to run your charter and meet our legal and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we will, except where we are required to keep a record.
